Idea for use with the FREEPLAY (BayGen) Radio
This solar panel and D-size battery charger (4) provides 6 volts DC at up to 75 mA power in direct sunlight. It is idea for powering the FREEPLAY (BayGen) Radio or other small devices. A built-in charger feature will charge up to 4 D size rechargeable batteries at one time. Includes wire stand and barrel plug connector (positive center). Size is 4" x 5-7/8" x 1-1/2". Output ratings: Voc is 6.8 VDC, Isc is 100 mA.
A neat feature when using with the Freeplay radio is to have nicad batteries installed and the charger will charge the batteries and play the radio at the same time. Then at night the batteries will power the radio.

Another useful accessory is the 12-volt DC cigarette plug adapter cable. This allows you to plug your Freeplay radio or lantern into the cigarette lighter outlet of your car or most standard 12-volt power sources. The output to the radio is 9 VDC. The cord length is 4'.
