The Katadyn Mini Filter uses the same ceramic filtration system as the Pocket Filter, but is designed for shorter usages, on cleaner water sources. It will produce about 1/2 quart of clean water per minute. The MF is 1.75" x 2.75" x 7" long and weighs 8 ounces, warranty is one year. The MF is usable for 2,000 gallons before replacing the ceramic element. The MF is suited for short-term emergencies, foreign travel, and occasional use.
